    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am locked out of my account -&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://community.databricks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99755" target="_blank"&gt;https://community.databricks.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/99755&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;- due to adding a passkey improperly.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reset passkey doesnt work and I submitted a request 00859868 but the service rep is saying they cannot find my email address.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; Can someone help me clear this passkey issue?&amp;nbsp; I was trying to update my email address to a personal one, because I recently volunteered to organize a usergroup and wanted to get the notifications away from my work email.&amp;nbsp; The user group is&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://usergroups.databricks.com/queens-new-york-databricks-user-group/" target="_blank"&gt;https://usergroups.databricks.com/queens-new-york-databricks-user-group/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Danny&lt;/P&gt;</description>
