Certification Voucher missing

Hi Team,

I attended the virtual Webinar The best data warehouse is a lakehouse on September 20th. As per the steps mentioned I have completed all of the requirements for getting a voucher, but still I did not get any voucher. They said voucher would arrive the first couple of days of October. Nothing on spam also. Could you please help me in solving this issue?

Subject: Certification voucher not received

They said vouchers were to be sent on October 14th but I still got nothing. This is the second time that happens to me. You sure u send vouchers beforehand or u just wait for people to write and ask them out wasting our time. Something is not right definitely with how u handle vouchers.
