Hi Team,

I recently completed Data Lakehouse Certification on 30th Sept 2022 and as per the Databricks policy I should receive Certification Voucher but it's almost more than 10 days now that I haven't received any.

Could you please help, below are my details

I am preparing for next certification exam of "Databricks" hence I would appreciate your prompt support with "Exam Voucher"
