Did not receive for DataBricks certification yet.

I have attended the Lakehouse Fundamentals Training session happened on 23 Aug 2022 and have completed the certification and submitted the certificate for Databricks Lakehouse Fundamentals during the survey but I did not receive any certification yet. Can you please help me on this.
