Haven't received Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 certification yet?

I took the exam on 21-12-2021, and passed with 75% though I havent seen any communication on my certification yet. Is there an update on this?

I passed my Databricks certification for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate on 29th October 2022 and I haven't received either my certificate or my badge.

My id is muthu.vijayakumar@easyjet.com with which I passed. I have raised a ticket also #00234250 . Can you please help me to get certificate ?
