Data+AI Summit 2022 - Voucher Codes for Multiple Certifications Not Received

I ordered 4 vouchers just before the beginning of the Data & AI Summit.

As of today I received only 1 voucher code, and several emails sent to dataaisummit@typeaevents.com stayed unanswered.

Can someone at Databricks handle my issue?
