Didn't receive my certification

I took my databrick certification exam on Jan-27-2023 however didnt receive my certification yet.

Raised case to databricks but response too is very poor, didnt receive any response from team yet.

First of all congratulations on your completion, glad you are learning about databricks.For any certification with databricks you will be receiving your certificate and badge in 24-48 hours and sometimes even in less time as well.

Raised requests already, however didnt receive any update till now, ever after 2 weeks of test completion !!

Its really frustrating to have no response on my requests

Hello,

You took your credential with a different email than what you provided. I updated your email and resent the credential. It was originally sent on 1/28. Please be aware the email you took the exam with is the email your badge and certificate will go to. Also the entire company was at a kick off this week so we apologize for the late response. Thank you!

I als have issue like the above, passed the exam but with wrong mail at my profile, after the exam I updated my profile with the correct one but still didn't receive it, I raised tickets with the team but no reply till now,
