Certificate and Badge not received yet

Hi Team,

I haven’t received my certificate and badge yet from Databricks for the “Databricks certified Data engineer associate v2” exam completed on 14th April. I have also raised a ticket yesterday but no response.

Hi @Vidula Khanna - I have already raised a ticket and didn't received any response yet. Could you please check and help on this.

@Vidula Khanna : Could you please assist on this issue at the earliest. It's getting delayed more than 72 hours after completing the exam on 14th April.

I have raised tickets (00315472, 00315376) but below is the response from them for both the tickets:

"Comment description:

Hi Hareesh,

Thank you for reaching out to Databricks support!

I'm sorry to hear you didn't receive your certificate or badge after passing the exam.

Please be aware that after passing your exams, you will receive your certificate or badge within 24-48 hours.

If you haven't received your certificates or badge after 48 hours, please open a support ticket or respond to the same ticket."

Hi @Hareesh Subramanian

We are going through a contract renewal with our vendor, Accredible. Once our new contract goes through you will get your badge this week.
