Did not receive the voucher for certification exam after attending an ILT session with Luca on March 8th

Hello

I was instructed to participate in one of your ILT sessions (March 8th) to receive a voucher for a discounted price on a Certification exam. I did attend the session Luca did for Databricks and Machine Learning and I enjoyed it very much except it has been a while now and no voucher was sent. Thank you for letting me know if there is anything else I needed to do.

Thank you, I tried 3 times

after filling I the ticket and click the submit button, the button gets grayed out and nothing happens

so I am not about to submit a ticket

thanks for any clues on what I need to do

The submit button is not working from Chrome v 111.0.5563.65 on windows

I tried with Edge and it worked. Just wanted to let you know.
