Did not receive Databricks certification voucher code

I have enrolled for 2 Databricks certification

1. Apache Spark Associate

2. Data Engineer Associate

during the Data + AI summit. But Databricks sent me only 1 voucher code. I have sent multiple emails but not getting any response. Please help me here.

Hi databricks team, i am also waiting to receive my voucher. I have made innumerable attempts to reach out to you for the same with no success. It's about the efforts we are putting to give a certification but in return getting no response. Please help me knowing when can I receive the voucher. I will be thankful for the response.

@Kaniz Fatma could you help here please. It's been days i have been trying to follow up with databricks with no success. This is demotivating. Please help so that I can plan my certification this month itself.
