Certification not received

Hello,

I passed my certification exam for Databricks Engineer Associate 3 days ago and still haven't received the certificate.. I already contacted support but I'm not getting any reply.

Does anyone know of a support person I can contact for this directly? I need to get the certificate as soon as possible.

What does 'shortly' actually mean here? I already did this 3days ago and have not received any response yet.
