      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Hubert,I tried that option ​, received below message and still no email received to reset it.Not sure if I'm missing anything else here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;​&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An email will be sent to 'nawatheynupoor@gmail.com' with further instructions if you are a valid workspace user. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: Email addresses/usernames are case-sensitive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
