When will I get the Certificate and Badge for Databricks certified Data Engineering Associate?

I have completed the Certification Exam for Databricks certified Data Engineering Associate on 31/10/2022, but i haven't received the Certificate and badge yet.

I have also raised a support ticket #00234547, but no response.

could you please help?
