I have cleared my certification exam, Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate on 28 Oct 2022. I am yet to receive a certificate or badge. Any help is much appreciate

Dear Team,

I have given Databricks Certified Generative AI Engineer Associate Exam on 3rd of Feb 2026 but it is more than 48 hours I have neither received my Certificate nor the Badge. Despite receiving the mail I have Passed the exam.

Kindly look into this issue as I have project which are going to start and I have to submit my certificate. I have raised the ticket (#00864345) also but there is no response there.

I have cleared the Databricks Data Engineer Associate Exam, but I have not received the certificate.

I have also tried fetching it from Accredible but it doesn't recognise the email address.

I have raised a ticket #00865414 but I have not received a reply yet. Can someone help, please?
