&lt;P&gt;Check your AWS Marketplace account to ensure the subscription is active and correctly linked to your billing account. Also, verify that your email isn’t already associated with another Databricks account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists,&amp;nbsp;contact Databricks onboarding support at&amp;nbsp;&lt;A tabindex="0" href="mailto:onboarding-help@databricks.com" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;onboarding-help@databricks.com&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;with your workspace ID&amp;nbsp;and a brief description of the error.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
