Need Access to Data Science & Engineering Persona – Individual Account

Hi all,

I’m an independent developer working on Python module development inside Databricks. My current workspace only exposes Lakehouse and Databricks One personas, and I’m unable to access the Data Science & Engineering persona or create all-purpose clusters.

I’m trying to run and reload a custom Python module (`capsule_registry.py`) as part of a symbolic transmission project. I’ve already contacted support, but was redirected here since I don’t have a paid support contract.

Can anyone guide me on how to enable the Data Science & Engineering persona or migrate to a workspace that supports Python runtimes and cluster control?

Hi, Lakehouse is exactly the persona that you should use. Just hit 'Create Notebook' or 'File' and start developing.
