      <title>Multiple UI pages stuck on infinite loading (Jobs DAG, Compute, SQL Editor, Notebooks) in AWS ap-nor</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m trying to work in Databricks, but too many things in the workspace UI are not working properly. Almost everything is stuck on infinite loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here are the symptoms:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Jobs DAG (Tasks tab) infinite loading&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can see the job &lt;EM&gt;Runs&lt;/EM&gt; history.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, when I click the &lt;STRONG&gt;Tasks&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, it just keeps loading forever.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, from the &lt;STRONG&gt;Runs&lt;/STRONG&gt; tab, when I click into a specific task run (where I used to be able to see the notebook run result/outputs), that page also stays on infinite loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Compute page infinite loading&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clicking &lt;STRONG&gt;Compute&lt;/STRONG&gt; in the left menu never finishes loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;SQL Editor infinite loading&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;Clicking &lt;STRONG&gt;SQL Editor&lt;/STRONG&gt; also results in an infinite loading spinner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Notebooks infinite loading&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try to open any notebook for work, the notebook UI never finishes loading.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to the Databricks status page, there are &lt;STRONG&gt;no incidents reported for AWS / ap-northeast-2&lt;/STRONG&gt;, but my workspace is basically unusable right now because of these loading issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cloud / Region:&lt;/STRONG&gt; AWS, ap-northeast-2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is this a known issue, or is there something misconfigured on my workspace/account side?&lt;BR /&gt;Any guidance on how to troubleshoot or fix this (e.g., settings to check, logs to look at, or things an admin should verify) would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you all for your help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue lasted for about an hour. Here's what I tried:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Changed networks: same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Cleared cache: same issue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I run into a similar problem next time, I'll also try using a different browser and checking the AWS status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a great day, every one!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Update&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The same issue occurred again today. Unlike the last time when it resolved itself spontaneously after a while, this time the problem persisted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tested on both Safari and Google Chrome, and Databricks worked perfectly on them. This confirmed the issue was isolated to the Arc browser.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Solution&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With some help from Gemini, I found the fix. Disabling "Use graphics acceleration when available" in the Arc settings (arc://settings/system) immediately solved the infinite loading issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Everything is working fine now!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had the same issue where all notebooks would not load. When switching browsers and opening the same notebook, it worked. However, I still wanted to use my previous browser. Not sure if this is a solution that will work for others, but after clearing cookies and restarting my device, everything works as normal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
