Hello Everyone,

I'm experiencing a critical issue with my Databricks App deployment. The app is running successfully but completely inaccessible via all access methods due to OAuth authentication failures.

## Issue Summary

I have created the Databricks App in my Databricks free tier platform , has been successfully deployed and is showing **RUNNING** status with **SUCCEEDED** deployment, but the app URL is **completely inaccessible** via all access methods. The app returns "App Not Available" error despite:

- App Status: RUNNING
- Compute Status: ACTIVE
- Deployment Status: SUCCEEDED
- Streamlit logs confirm successful startup
- Permissions configured (All workspace users - CAN_USE)
- API scopes configured (SQL, Unity Catalog, Genie, Workspace)

Please let me know why the Databricks App cannot be accessed despite successful deployment and proper configuration. We need:

1. **Root cause identification** for the OAuth/authentication failure
2. **Steps to resolve** the access issue
3. **Confirmation** of whether Apps are supported on this Free workspace tier
4. **Admin assistance** if workspace-level configuration changes are required

Hi, @Rahul_Mallick

I’ve never used it on the free plan, only on dedicated Databricks workspaces.

In my experience, I’ve worked with apps on some private Databricks instances and others that are “publicly accessible,” and I’ve encountered these same types of issues on both.

First:

- Check if your web browser is blocking access to the “public connection.”

- Check if you’re connected to a VPN or a firewall, sometimes they prevent us from accessing it.

- If possible, check if there’s a problem with the DNS.

Tell me if you have more info!
