Delete the AWS Databricks account

I have created the aws databricks account from aws market place , but and I have cancelled the subscription after 14 days free trail from the market place. But still i see the account. How will i delete these databricks account associated with my email address.

Canceling a subscription alone will not delete your Databricks account; the account will remain active. You will need to follow the steps outlined in the following documentation:
Delete Your Databricks Account

As per the given solution , when login to help center for databricks , I am getting following error

I am using my personal id for logging to databricks accounts
