Account Creation

I attempted to create my account, but I ran into an issue during the process. Here is what I did:

- I visited your website and entered my verification code.
- When asked about how I will use the database, I selected “For Work, Set up with my cloud” since I have an AWS account. I also have a payment method registered in AWS.
- I completed the form to set up my DataBrick trial using the email and chose AWS as the cloud provider.
- After submitting the form, the process redirected me back to the initial page asking for the verification code again, and I couldn’t proceed further.

Could you please help me resolve this issue? I know it is a trivial issue, but students like me cannot learn about Databrick in the first place if one cannot create an account.

Hello @minkun81!

It looks like you’re stuck in a verification-code loop. Could you try using a different browser, switching to incognito mode, or clearing your cache and cookies before attempting the login again?
Also, please make sure you're following the steps outlined here for the standard setup: Sign up for Databricks free trial with existing AWS account | Databricks on AWS
Else try signing up through the express setup flow: Sign up for Databricks with express setup | Databricks on AWS then link AWS billing later via “Manage trial".
