I can't seem to manage my MFA. It just sends me into a loop. Can someone help me look into this please?

Hi @dmensah,

Need more context to guide you. What you’re trying to do when you hit the MFA loop (e.g., where you’re logging in from, what you click right before it loops, and any error messages you see)?

In the meantime, a few things you can try:

Open an incognito/private browsing window and try signing in again.

Clear cookies and site data for databricks.com, then retry.

Make sure your device’s date and time are set automatically and are correct.

If you’re using a browser extension that manages logins or cookies, temporarily disable it and try again.

Please be aware that MFA and account access issues generally can’t be fully resolved in the Community and require Databricks Support. Use the Databricks support portal to open a ticket and include:

Your workspace URL

The email/username you’re using to sign in

The approximate time (with timezone) of your most recent failed attempt

That will allow Support to review your account and unblock you.

If this answer resolves your question, could you mark it as “Accept as Solution”? That helps other users quickly find the correct fix.
