Voucher code error

Hi,

I received a voucher in Nov 2020 for 'Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0 exam' with an expiry date in Nov 2022. However I receive an error stating the promotion code is used. I have never used the code. Any idea who to contact?

If your voucher code is not working, it could be due to the following reasons:

The voucher code has expired

Products in your shopping cart are not eligible for the discount

Terms and conditions are not met

If applying a "new user only voucher" and our system detected that another account has logged in using the same device before

The user’s phone number is on our fraudulent blacklist

Your voucher code can be reused under the following conditions:

You cancel the order before making payment

Seller cancels the order

The entire order is being refunded

The voucher is still within the validity period
