    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it's disabled / lost, then it's broken. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If customer cannot recover the key, then it's gone forever. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Databricks has no knowledge of the key (us knowing it would render it insecure).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
