getting error while runction show function

I was using String indexer, while fitting, transforming I didn't get any erro. but While runnign show function I am getting error, I mention the error below

org.apache.spark.SparkException: Job aborted due to stage failure: Task 0 in stage 45.0 failed 1 times, most recent failure: Lost task 0.0 in stage 45.0 (TID 36) (ip-10-172-177-199.us-west-2.compute.internal executor driver): org.apache.spark.SparkException: [FAILED_EXECUTE_UDF] Failed to execute user defined function (StringIndexerModel$$Lambda$7900/141801205: (string) => double)

please help on this
