odbc connectivity Issues with Databricks when we are out of VPN in GCP

HI Team,

We are getting below error when we are trying to connect our tool by using ODBC connection with out logging to VPN, when we are in VPN we are not getting below issue.

[Simba][ThriftExtension] (14) Unexpected response from server during a HTTP connection: connect() failed: errno = 10060. (14) (SQLDriverConnect); [HY000] [Simba][ThriftExtension] (14) Unexpected response from server during a HTTP connection: connect() failed: errno = 10060. (14)')

I have tried to validate ip access list for my workspace https://docs.databricks.com/security/network/ip-access-list.html, but i am getting error_code 403 message unauthorized access to org databricks.

Hi @karthik p , Could you please check the configuration guide in your ODBC distribution (also attached here). You can try setting the TrustedCerts configuration.
