      <description>&lt;P&gt;DBR 11.3 is the latest LTS runtime. All LTS runtimes would be considered stable. Each runtime corresponds with a specific version of Spark, Python, Java, library versions etc. I would suggest looking at the runtime release notes to understand what version of these dependencies are included for compatibility purposes: &lt;A href="https://docs.databricks.com/release-notes/runtime/11.3.html" target="test_blank"&gt;https://docs.databricks.com/release-notes/runtime/11.3.html&lt;/A&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>
