Community Edition Sign Up Issues

Hi, I have had to sign up for the Community Edition using my work email address so I can use this for training courses. I used my work mail address as it required me to enter my company name and position. The signup is successful but I have 2 questions:

It says I am set up for the trial, does this mean I only have 14 days? what happens after this.
How can I sign up using my personal account so my training is not directly linked to my work email address?

Hello Deve

Community edition will be valid only for 14 days and you cannot login with the same credential until you convert the same in pay as you go model.

Even though if you would like to use the Community edition with your personnel email id that account will also be valid only for 14 days only.

Is there any Databricks account where I can sign up just to try training course material for free and not restricted to 14 days?

Hello Dave,

You can create another community edition with different email ids for another 14 days and you can also save your notebook files in .dbc format and you can import again in your newly created community edition.
