Hey MrD,

I faced this issue while running Azure VMs. A restart and re atatching the cluster helped me. Please let me know if that works for you.

Reason: Job finished
UPSIZE_COMPLETED Compute upsize completed but 4 containers could not be added.
RESIZING Autoscaling from 1 up to 5 workers.
DRIVER_HEALTHY Driver is healthy.
RUNNING Compute is running.
CREATING Compute creation requested by XX

Thanks,

Deepak
