Can't create Catalog on Databricks on AWS

Hi Community.

I am account admin but can't create a catalog on Databricks. Unity Catalog has been enabled.

I don't even see the Create Catalog button.

The assistant gave this advice. Is it correct

To grant the necessary permissions, you can follow these steps:

Log in to the AWS Management Console.
Go to the AWS Glue service.
Select the Data Catalogs tab.
Click on the catalog that corresponds to the Metastore 'metastore-eu-west-1'.
In the Permissions section, click on Add IAM permissions.
Add the necessary IAM role or user that the user belongs to and grant the required permissions, including the CREATE CATALOG permission.
Save the changes.
