Hi all,

I am getting the following error when I try to start a cluster in our Databricks workspace for east us 2:

Bootstrap Timeout:

Compute terminated. Reason: Bootstrap Timeout

Help

Bootstrap Timeout. Please try again later. Instance bootstrap failed command: BootstrapTimeout Failure message: Bootstrap script took too long and timeout. Please try again later. VM extension code: ProvisioningState/succeeded.

We checked the firewall logs and we're not seeing any blocks. We also already have set this us in Central US, so not sure what we're missing. Any help would be appreciated!

Thank you for the response. We're currently using Azure Databricks and the steps outlined in the linked post look like they are specific for AWS. Do you know the best way to collect these logs in Azure? There is an audit log table, but we can't view that data since our clusters and SQL warehouse won't start up.
