If so, then are you probably sitting behind a firewall or proxy? If you are, then you may need to export the proxy settings in your terminal (export HTTP_PROXY=$proxy; export HTTPS_PROXY=$proxy, with their corresponding values). Did you follow any specific document to install and configure the databricks cli?
