Issue with DAB (Databricks Asset Bundle) requesting Terraform files

Hi community,

Since recently (2 days ago) we have been receiving the following error when validating and deploying our DAB (Databricks Asset Bundle):
"Error: error downloading Terraform: Get "https://releases.hashicorp.com/terraform/1.5.5/index.json": dial tcp XX.XXX.XX.XX:443: i/o timeout"

As this was running well before we are assuming that this is not a Firewall issue on our side, but if its how to trouble shoot it?
Any suggestions, ideas or solutions are more then welcome.

From where are you deploying DAB? The error states that there is definitely some kind of connectivity issue.

Initially from our VDI (Citrix) Dev environment, but I went ahead and validated and deploy it via Az DevOps Build agent and it all worked. So yep, it appears that it is a firewall issue from Citrix side.

Some update, we cannot get the FW cleared on time so we need to go for the offline optiion, that is download everything form Terraform and DB templated but it is not as clear or intuitive as describe. Using their Container unfortunately not a option for us as we don't have a AKS service available.
