How can we help?</P> Wed, 22 Feb 2023 17:35:22 GMT https://community.databricks.com/t5/data-engineering/chris-grabiel-do-you-have-any-experience-connecting-redcap-api/m-p/8892#M4420 Chris_Grabiel 2023-02-22T17:35:22Z https://community.databricks.com/t5/data-engineering/chris-grabiel-do-you-have-any-experience-connecting-redcap-api/m-p/8893#M4421 <P>How are you connecting tot he API - pyCap? - if so how are you loading that into the cluster library (Maven, jar?)- and if you have a sample notebook you would be willing to share (obviously without API key) that would be incredibly helpful.</P><P>We (Atrium) or now Advocate Health SE are integrating with WF- our EPIC instances are not going to be combined until next year - but we have a project that would benefit from some immediate data exchange - WF will load into REDCAP a list of AH patients and Specimen collection dates from our Oncore instance into a data collection form and we are going to put Ht and wgt to calc bmi closest to that date from our EPIC instance for that patient back into REDCAp - so we need to bi-directional api.
