Disabled billing system schema accidentally and now I cannot enable it again

We accidentally disabled billing system table schema and now getting this error on re-enabling it:
Error: billing system schema can only be enabled by Databricks.

How can we resolve the same. We have not purchased any of the support contracts and hence creating a support ticket is getting us no where.

@aranjan99, did you come across any alternative solutions for this?
I checked with the Support team, and your ticket has been closed. To receive assistance with this issue, a Support Contract may be required.

It is a bit weird that the only solution here is to purchase a support contract when this is clearly an issue on databricks side and the error clearly states that we need to contact support
