How to acknowledge the incidents from the databricks

I want to connect to the service now from the databricks and i want to acknowledge the incidents like assigned to the person and i need to change the status of the incident and i want to update the worknotes as well, how can i achieve this by the help of databricks. can anyone help me with that.
