    <description>&lt;P&gt;Currently, our email notification subject shows for error in below format:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;lt;[AWS Account]&amp;gt; Error in run &amp;lt;RUN ID&amp;gt; of &amp;lt;Job Name&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In our current databricks environment we have multiple environment jobs such as Dev/QA/UAT/Prod and it is very hard for us to understand the job is from which environment?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to check which environment, every time we need to launch the link in the email body. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there any way where we can update our subject line with a customized format?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ex: &amp;lt;Job_name&amp;gt; - &amp;lt;env&amp;gt; - &amp;lt;Date time&amp;gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Appreciate your help in this. &lt;/P&gt;</description>
