You have to attend any training from databricks and there you might get a databricks exam voucher.

You will be receiving the voucher if you have completed all the prerequisites before the deadline. If in case you have not received you can raise a ticket with Academy learning/certifications, you can raise a ticket in the below link, sharing it with you for your future reference as well.
