"Error: cannot read mws credentials: invalid Databricks Account configuration" on TF Destroy

I have a terraform project that creates a workspace in Databricks, assigns it to an existing metastore, then creates external location/storage credential/catalog. The apply works and all expected resources are created. However, without touching any resources, just immediately doing a `terraform destroy`, I get an error:

│ Error: cannot read mws credentials: invalid Databricks Account configuration
│
│ with databricks_mws_credentials.this,
│ on mws.tf line 1, in resource "databricks_mws_credentials" "this":
│ 1: resource "databricks_mws_credentials" "this" {

Happy to provide more details on my code, but hoping someone can at least point me in the direction to look to resolve this issue. (Obviously hope to not be destroying all these resources often, but as I'm testing my IaaC out, it's a real pain to have to delete everything manually because destroy doesn't work).

Thanks!
