Yes you can ,Please go ahead to do that, if you will change company in future , you can change your email address at first place because it will require authentication

Depends on email address after registering they must need to contact training department to unlock all courses https://help.databricks.com/s/contact-us?ReqType=training

Yes, you can register with your organization's email but before that, if you check with the learning and development wing of your organization you can able to come to know which level of course access you can be having.

thank you all!! got it. we started a cohort to study Databricks Engineering path last week by directly registering in Partner Academy!!
