Unity Catalog supports structured streaming as well:

Fundamentally you have the same availability of features as with your standard hive structure within databricks - but your identity management across databricks workspaces is unified towards an account with a structure of metastore -> catalog -> schema -> table instead of hive -> schema -> table within a single workspace.
