Manage Account redirects me to /workspace-select instead of /data for Unity Catalog

I've been trying to set up a Unity Catalog and play around with it. For that purpose, I created a new workspace with premium tier. As a tutorial, I follow Dustin Vannoy's video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-RwzDRVgjLc) where he goes to his username at the top right, clicks Manage Account and it redirects him to accounts.azuredatabricks.net/data. In my case, it redirects me to /workspace-select where I have three different workspaces, I select the one with the premium tier but then it opens up the workspace and not the screen as described in Dustin's video. Why does this happen and how can I set up my metastore from databricks?

Hi, Could you please confirm if you have account admin permission in Databricks account console?
