Transfer metastore ownership, not able to create catalogs

Hi there,

I am facing an issue when setting up the metastore.

I use an account admin user, and the user is part of a group called Unity admin.

The Unity admin group contains 2 users: me and another user, also account admin.

Without Unity catalog, for now I can create catalogs.

Then I create the metastore, without any issue.

Finally, I want to transfer the ownership to group, called Unity admin.

Once it is done, I (my user, account admin and part of Unity admin group which is the metastore owner) cannot create any catalog.

I get the message Requires permission CREATE_CATALOG on METASTORE primary .

If I add the permission to the group Unity admin, I still cannot create catalog.

If I add the permission to the user (me), it then becomes possible to create catalogs, but the ownership transfer becomes useless.

Any idea if I am missing something or did something wrong please?
