How to get fundamentals badge

Hi all,

I have seen the videos on https://www.databricks.com/learn/training/lakehouse-fundamentals-accreditation#video now, when I click "Take the quiz and get your badge" button, I am redirecting to the page, https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn/multidomain/selector which has error message, "You are not authorized to access https://customer-academy.databricks.com. Please select a platform you can access from the following list."

Please suggest how to proceed.

Hi, I have contacted the ticketing portal. They sent a response, however, it didn't work. I have replied the same to them. So, till now the issue is not resolved, however, its work in progress.

Don't click on the link directly, please log in to your account and select the course.
1. Log in to your account using https://customer-academy.databricks.com/learn
2. Click on the menu from the left top.
3. Select course catalog.
4. Search for the course.

if the above doesnt work, then raise a ticket with the ticketing portal. (link above from Kaniz_Fatma)
