Certificate not received for Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark 3.0

Dear Team,

I have passed my Apache Spark 3.0 developer exam with 90% score on 07/09/2024 but still did not receive the certificate for the same. I received the PASS confirmation email as soon as I finished my exam. I raised the concern for the same with databricks support team but still did not get any update #00502335.
