Hello
I just had an exam for a Databricks data engineering professional certification and I failed the exam due to some violation and they didn't give me much information saying that I need to contact you.

I got an alert about taking my eyes off the screen once but I'm sure I did not.
Would it be possible for someone to review the video and give me feedback regarding this. If possible I would like to talk to someone to explain to me the situation.
