Databricks exam got suspended

I had a very bad experience while I was taking the Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate exam, on 30th July. While I'm writing (nearly after 10minutes) my exam got suspended I think it due to my eye movement and I performed all the checks asked by the proctor. After a few minute conversation, exam got suspended was told that I did not meet the behavioral/environmental requirements. Even though, all the behavioral/room requirements mentioned kryterion were met.

I have raised a query regarding same but have not received any confirmation email.
Please help me out immediately and reschedule my exam.
