Hi Team,

I encountered an issue during my Databricks Certified Associate Developer for Apache Spark exam, which was suspended due to unexpected background noise. However, the suspension notes cited eye movement as the reason. I’ve reached out to Kryterion support, but they were unable to assist and advised me to contact you instead.

I have submitted a query about this matter.

Could you please assist me in rescheduling the exam?
