Unable to take Databricks Generative AI Quiz

Hi,

I completed the Databricks Generative AI course and trying to take the quiz but it is giving me an error. I have accounts in both customer-academy and partner-academy, but on both sites, it is giving me an unauthorized error. Please help me. Also please guide me on how do I create a support ticket for the same.

I am also facing the same,

don't knw what went wrong. Earlier I used this account to do Lake House Fundamental Certification and it went well. Someone please help us and fix this issue.
