Databricks certified data engineer professional exam has been suspended

My Databricks Certified Data Engineer Professional exam got suspended on Oct 14th, 2024.

During the time of my examination i got power and data interruption due to heavy rains. Later a support person asked me to show the full room, sitting area, walls and I showed him around 3-4 times. I am not sure why, but he suspended my exam. Please solve this issue.

I need to get the certification and it is very important for my project and need to submit to the employer, today is the last day for the certification submission. I am requesting to please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
