After Launching the exam window , within seconds Exam has suspended.

Last time my exam was suspended. Databricks team has rescheduled the exam . this was the 3rd time Rescheduling the exam . still it is showing as suspened but the launch button has not enabled. please kindly resolve this issue. @Cert-Team I need to complete my certification on time .Please kindly resolve my issue.

Hi Team,

I have registered for Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate on 23rd september 2024 8:00 PM IST.

After Launching the exam window , within seconds Exam has suspended. then Again it was rescheduled for 17 oct 2024 3:45 PM IST Again before launching the exam it got suspended. the same thing happening again and again

Can you please help me to reschedule my exam . I need to complete my certification as per bussigness requirements.please help me to reschedule my exam.
